The Galleries, a house on Nevis, West Indies

Nevis has plenty of places to visit, from old plantation inns (for example Montpelier, where Nelson was married in 1787, and The Hermitage), to funky beach bars (Double Deuce, Sunshine’s) and romantic restaurants set high in the rainforest (Golden Rock, Bananas).

There is tennis and an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship golf course. Hiking, cycling and horseriding are easy to arrange, as well as scuba diving and kayaking. We can organise fishing charters or day sails in advance.

We can also arrange car hire for your stay. Take care: there are no traffic lights on Nevis, but plenty of donkeys, goats and silver Ebu cattle on the roads, plus the occasional monkey loping across.
